- Esalota is the name of the bakery that will one day open. My son said it needed a name that was different. One day at work someone asked me to do something, and I said sure, but itsalota work, but i can do it. I text Itsalota to him and he liked it only changed the "I" to and "E". Esalota, also means breathe in Italian, if memory serves correctly. Thus Esalota was born. Esalota - Its a lota work, but you are worth it.
